Refund Policy

Due to unforeseen circumstance, the West River History Conference Board of Directors will allow 100% refund for cancellations by September 27, 2024, with payout after November 1, 2024. NO REFUND ON REGISTRATION AFTER SEPTEMBER 27TH.

COVID-19

By attending the West River History Conference, you voluntarily assume all risks associated or related to COVID-19.

Expulsion

Individuals disrupting the conference proceedings, in any manner, are subject to removal from the event with no refund on registration.
